Ovellan is an AI chatbot that businesses put on their website. It is trained on their own pages, documents and product feed, and answers customer questions from those rather than making something up. When it cannot help, it passes the conversation to a person in the same chat. It replies in whatever language the visitor writes in, connects to Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento for order and product questions, books appointments, and offers WhatsApp plus a shared inbox for human takeover.
