At AIToolboard, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds are available for each of our paid services. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
If your job posting has been live for less than 24 hours and has received no views or applications, you are entitled to a full refund.
If your job posting has been live for less than 24 hours and has received views but no applications, you are entitled to a 50% refund.
If your job posting has been live for more than 24 hours, or has received any applications, no refund is available. The service has been delivered.
Paused jobs are not eligible for refunds. Pausing is a voluntary action and the listing duration continues to count during the pause period.
If your paid tool listing has not yet been approved and is still pending review within 48 hours of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
Once your tool listing has been approved and is live on the directory, no refund is available.
Starter Plan (one-time payment): No refunds are available after purchase. The one-time fee covers lifetime access to Starter benefits.
Premium Plan (monthly subscription): You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. No refund will be issued for the current billing period. Your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
If your advertising campaign has not yet started (e.g., scheduled for a future date), you are entitled to a full refund.
If your campaign is currently running with at least 3 unused days remaining, you may request a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused days.
If your campaign has ended or has fewer than 3 days remaining, no refund is available.
If your guest post or link insertion has not yet been published, you are entitled to a full refund.
Once your content has been published on the site, no refund is available.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled consulting session, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled session, you are entitled to a 50% refund or the option to reschedule.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund. If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
If a technical error on our end prevents your listing, job posting, advertisement, or any other paid service from being displayed or functioning correctly, you will always receive a full refund regardless of the above conditions.
