By accessing and using AIToolboard, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

AIToolboard provides a directory of AI tools and related services. You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

Users may submit AI tools for listing on our platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content. Free tool listings are published for 12 months from the date of approval, after which they may be reviewed and renewed. Paid and Premium listings are active for the duration of the purchased plan (12 months for Starter one-time payments, or the length of the active subscription for Premium members). Listings may be removed or updated at our discretion.

Certain features of the service require payment. Starter listings ($75 one-time) provide a 12-month listing with priority placement and instant approval. Premium memberships ($99/month) include unlimited listings, job posting credits, and featured placement for the duration of the active subscription. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for any fees incurred. All paid listings include a 12-month minimum listing period from the date of payment.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for refund requests.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AIToolboard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall AIToolboard, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
