It currently supports TikTok, with more platforms planned. Instead of matching keywords or simply counting spikes, its language-model engine reads comments the way a person would — interpreting sarcasm, irony, and internet slang. This lets it tell a harmless joke apart from a genuine threat and surface risks that simpler sentiment tools miss, including hostile comments that have few or no likes. Each comment is sorted into a threat type — harassment, legal risk, boycott or cancel calls, physical threats — and scored by severity, while surge detection flags coordinated pile-ons and separates fresh hostility from older comments resurfacing. Setup takes seconds and needs no logins or passwords: add any public profile by its handle, and the tool monitors recent posts at set intervals, scanning the most visible comments on each. When activity crosses a threshold you set, alerts arrive via email, browser push, or Telegram, each with a plain-language summary and a brand-safety score. A dashboard tracks trends, open issues, and resolution times across every profile.
