Altyst is commercial real estate underwriting software for multifamily, office, retail and industrial. It reads an offering memorandum, rent roll or lease and builds a live, auditable financial model rather than a static output: full pro forma, debt sizing, waterfall and partnership economics, sensitivity analysis, and institutional exports to Excel, PDF and an editable PowerPoint deck. It is positioned as an alternative to ARGUS Enterprise at a small fraction of the cost.
