Senior Product Manager – Conversational AI Servicing Quality Assurance

We are seeking a tech-forward Indepedent Contributor Senior Product Manager to lead the onboarding and assessment strategy for evaluating conversational AI solutions on our enterprise quality platform. You will sit at the cutting edge of GenAI servicing as we scale automated validation across customer interactions.
What You'll Do
• Drive Conversational AI Integration: Own the end-to-end platform integration and roadmap execution required to successfully onboard conversational AI solutions onto our enterprise quality assurance platform.
• Pioneer AI QA & Feedback Loops: Support the development of advanced "AI QA on AI" capabilities. You will help establish automated assessment parameters and closed-loop feedback systems that empower conversational AI to continuously learn and self-correct.
• Scale Automated Assessments: Design the systems that allow our automated QA platform to keep pace with rapid coverage expansion. You will ensure our quality assurance checks remain highly consistent, accurate, and scalable as we expand evaluation across a vast library of complex customer intents and tasks.
Who You Are
• An Experienced Product Leader: You have successfully shipped complex data platforms or cloud-scale conversational applications, and possess a strong foundational knowledge of—or a deep passion for—LLM evaluation pipelines.
• A Strategic Systems-Thinker: You comfortably orchestrate alignment, manage complex technical dependencies, and effectively navigate the unique challenges of working across high-velocity, cross-functional platform and business teams.

Basic Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
• A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
