Job Description Join Oracle's AI Data Platform team as we lead the charge in maximizing the potential of enterprise AI and innovate AI application development. We are in search of a seasoned Senior Principal Product Manager who will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of an advanced, scalable AI/ML platform. In this pivotal role, you will define the product vision, gather insights from customers and stakeholders, and create actionable roadmaps that steer engineering efforts. Your collaboration with engineering teams will be vital to designing and delivering scalable, distributed, and resilient AI services tailored to meet both customer needs and business objectives. This opportunity is ideal for a professional with a demonstrated history of steering product initiatives in enterprise or cloud-based platforms, with an understanding of how to balance swift feature delivery against a long-term strategic vision. This senior-level position requires effective cross-team collaboration to align visions, influence strategic decisions, and mentor fellow product managers. Responsibilities • Drive innovative AI product features, with an emphasis on agent-based workflows and ML/AI integration within a state-of-the-art data platform. • Own product areas from vision through to delivery, ensuring alignment with enterprise customer demands. • Engage closely with architects, engineers, and data scientists to define capabilities that effectively merge structured and unstructured data for AI applications. • Collaborate globally to deliver AI/ML services that promote high scalability, reliability, and robust governance. • Partner with customers and stakeholders to uncover opportunities in AI agents and prioritize impactful features. • Simplify intricate technical concepts (e.g., RAG, NL2SQL, multi-agent orchestration) into clear, actionable product requirements. • Maintain a hands-on approach to data and AI/ML, ensuring informed product decisions based on technical feasibility and customer value. • Champion the AIDP within the organization and externally, shaping the narrative around enterprise AI agent development. • Mentor and develop fellow product managers, fostering organizational growth and advancing Oracle's AI strategy. Qualifications • 8+ years of product management experience. • Strong knowledge of AI, ML, and agent applications in enhancing analytics products and user experiences. • Proven track record in developing AI agents or data science solutions. • Familiarity with AI or ML developer platforms is a plus. • Ability to collect customer insights and translate them into actionable product strategies. • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey product vision and technical concepts. • Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is beneficial. • A proactive individual capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
