We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide AI projects and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and scaling successful AI solutions from concept to production, while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into actionable technical plans.

Job Responsibilities
• Build strong partnerships with business and IT leaders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Oversee the complete AI product lifecycle, from design inception through testing and delivery.
• Define and implement the technical product roadmap for AI initiatives.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to translate strategic vision into technical requirements and actionable backlogs.
• Create detailed program plans, establish milestones, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate project dependencies across multiple teams to ensure streamlined execution.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and product launch strategies.
• Identify, track, and report metrics to evaluate project success and impact.
• Monitor program health metrics and take corrective actions to meet delivery timelines and budgets.
• Ensure final products are of superior quality, impactful, and aligned with business strategies.
• Prepare and present communication materials for leadership, including status updates and strategic recommendations.
Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical solution development, or a related field.
• Proven success in delivering complex AI solutions from inception to production.
• Hands-on experience in creating and executing a product roadmap.
• Ability to translate business strategy into detailed technical requirements.
• Experience in large organizations.
• Strong capability to lead progress amid uncertainty and adapt strategies to emerging needs.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices.
• Advanced skills in facilitation, influence, and relationship management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in data science, engineering, consulting/banking, or product management.
• Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging AI technologies.
• Background in healthcare.
• Experience with agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira Align.
Additional Information
This position follows a hybrid work style and must be performed at one of our designated IT hub locations: Louisville, KY; Tampa, FL; Dallas, TX; Boston, MA; New York City; or Washington, D.C.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Compensation Range: $126,300 - $173,700 per year, dependent on location and qualifications. This role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on both individual and company performance.
