Engineering Lead – Connectivity Domain

Each team has about three developers, plus outsourced developers. You'll make sure the teams deliver predictably and to a high technical standard, that people keep growing, and that the work stays aligned with product goals. You hold teams accountable, balance business and technical needs, and are always looking for the next step to improve.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">What you bring</span></strong></p><ul class="___yduxjt0 fjh19gf f18zxyen f1mevb6 f1mswpri"><li><p>5+ years of experience in software engineering</p></li><li><p>A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience</p></li><li><p><strong>Fluency in English</strong></p></li><li><p>Dutch and/or Spanish is a big plus</p></li><li><p>Proven experience leading engineering teams, and you're comfortable managing several teams at once</p></li><li><p>Experience working with cross-functional product teams and with Product and Architecture stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Strong skills in people leadership, coaching, stakeholder management and Agile delivery</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and influencing skills, plus experience with change management</p></li><li><p>A lean approach to problem solving and decision making</p></li><li><p>Solid technical knowledge of:</p><ul class="___yduxjt0 fjh19gf f18zxyen f1mevb6 f1mswpri"><li><p>Software engineering and modern cloud-native architectures</p></li><li><p>CI/CD, DevOps and software delivery practices</p></li><li><p>Software quality, observability, security and operational excellence</p></li><li><p>AI-assisted development tools that improve engineering productivity</p></li><li><p>Lean software craftsmanship and continuous improvement</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p></li></ul><p><strong>Your toolbox</strong></p><p class="___1et8vw6 f18zxyen f1mevb6">Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, CI/CD tooling, observability and monitoring platforms, and collaboration and documentation tools.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><em><span style="color:#121317">Not ticking every box?
