We’re faithfully serving >200k/mo patients via Bolt Pharmacy, our main UK brand. We’ve just launched Bolt Med, our international brand. We’re profitable.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Our strategy exists at the intersection of two strong theses:</p><ol style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The AI doctor that wins will get to escape velocity using GLP-1s, the fastest growing consumer product in history.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The $2T European healthcare market is overlooked by the most talented builders.</p></li></ol><p style="min-height:1.5em">Our master plan:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Step 0 → $100M/yr by end of 2025</strong>: We went from $10M to $100M in 6 months serving the UK GLP-1 market.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Step 1 → $1B ARR by end of 2026</strong>: Since April 2025 we've grown from 3k to 200k UK active GLP-1 patients. We’ll continue this growth curve to hit $1B ARR.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Step 2 → $10B ARR by end of 2028</strong>: Blitzscale Europe. We’ll be Europe’s largest GLP-1 provider.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Step 3 → $100B/yr by end of 2030</strong>: Get regulatory approval across Europe for our Full Autonomous Prescribing (FAP) system. Win contracts at scale with European payers to mass replace human labor. Right now it's akin to assisted self-driving (and improving every day), so humans are prescribing with AI assisting their workflows.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll join our growing team of Independent Prescribers, working through GLP-1 weight-management consultations day in, day out. You understand that a great patient experience means catching everything you need to prescribe safely and confidently first time - not sending someone back and forth for information you should have picked up on intake.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll assess each patient on their own merits: the comorbidity, the interacting medication, the case that needs a second look, and make the right call. You’ll never compromise on safety or accuracy.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deliver safe, evidence-based GLP-1 prescribing for every patient on your list</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Take full ownership of the clinical quality, safety and accuracy of your own consultations and records</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Flag anything that needs escalating—a red flag, a near miss, a protocol gap—clearly and quickly</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Follow, and help sharpen, our clinical protocols as they evolve</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is suited to a confident, forward-thinking prescriber with sound clinical judgement, excellent attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient safety.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Great performance in this role means your patients are safe, your records hold up to audit, and you're working through a full, steady caseload without ever cutting corners.
