Job Title: AI Product Manager Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid – 1 day onsite) Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead a portfolio of 3–5 digital products. The role focuses on defining product vision, driving product strategy, managing roadmaps, and delivering AI-powered solutions across web portals, mobile apps, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong stakeholder management skills and deep experience in Agile/SAFe environments. Key Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap, delivery, and post-launch analytics. • Define product vision, 3–5 year strategy, and value drivers. • Lead AI-driven initiatives including virtual assistant development. • Conduct market research, data analysis, and prototyping. • Collaborate with engineering, UX, leadership, and business stakeholders. • Manage executive-level roadmaps and product performance using KPIs. • Use Google Analytics for tracking and insights. • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in SAFe Agile environment. Required Skills & Experience: • 10+ years in Product Management / Product Owner roles. • Hands-on experience with AI products (mandatory). • Google Analytics expertise (mandatory). • SAFe Certified Product Manager (mandatory). • Strong experience in Agile / SAFe environments. • Experience with digital portals, mobile apps, and cloud platforms. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Healthcare experience is a plus.
