We are rebuilding the entire company as AI-first: our platform, customer service, operations, and how we design, price, sell, and deliver. It is a permanent role from day one: your first year is a structured residency where you rotate across our most important AI projects, build alongside the team and learn at full speed. From week one, you build real things that real customers and colleagues use, on the projects that matter most to the company. You sit next to the founders, next to the engineers who are rebuilding our platform, and next to the business leads who own the outcomes.
