About the Role
a leading provider of professional IT services, is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our Data Science & Artificial Intelligence (AI) department. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and expanding Vantor’s AI capabilities and services that power digital transformation and operational efficiency for our clients. You will design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions, working on complex problems across prediction, classification, recommendation, optimization, and natural language processing.
As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at Vantor, you will be responsible for developing robust machine learning and deep learning models, including modern neural network architectures, and driving them from experimentation into reliable, scalable production systems. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, cloud architects, and business stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions, selecting the right algorithms, features, and deployment strategies for each use case.
You will own the full model lifecycle, from data exploration and feature engineering through model training, validation, and optimization, all the way to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production. You will establish and champion MLOps best practices—such as CI/CD for ML, automated testing, model versioning, and performance monitoring—to ensure that AI solutions are maintainable, observable, and resilient in real-world environments.
Experience with Python, deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud will be essential.
